Being a barber has completely changed my life. It's allowed me to spend more time with my family, and it's allowed me to make connections in the shop. As a barber, you get to meet all kinds of people from different walks of life, and they can be a big influence in your life through a simple conversation or a simple haircut. You can make someone's day even better than when they walked in.

As a barber, I bring a lot of care when it comes to your hair. I definitely want to make sure that when you leave my seat, you're feeling confident and happy with the service — and most importantly, I want you to be comfortable.

Some of my favorite haircuts right now are definitely the Texas tailgate and a little Mississippi mud flap. Bald fades for sure, and burst fades — my nephew always gets a burst fade, and I'm just locked in on those now. Besides spending time with my family, one of my favorite things to do is watch the Cowboys. Even though — you know. But I'm a Cowboys fan through and through.

I actually have a few kids I cut with special needs. Some barbers will shy away from it because it can be difficult sometimes, right? But we have to remember as barbers that we're here to serve people, and special needs or not, they still deserve a good haircut. You have to have a little patience, for sure. That's one thing I personally pride myself on. I believe everybody should be able to have that confidence and feel good about themselves, regardless of the situation.
